The discount model — three axes
Open to everyone. Transparency is a professional statement, not a price concession.
The discount is built from three independent, cumulative axes: number of workers, commitment length, and the scope of units closed. Each axis rewards behavior that lowers occupancy risk or operating cost. There is no argument about «what does it cost» — there is a formula, and it is the same for every client.

Permanent housing — outward referral
Co-Work does not offer a permanent-housing product. A client with an identified long-term housing need is referred to WLiving for a referral fee. The referral is one-directional and happens only when Co-Work has no answer — «first I offer myself».

Send those three and we come back the same business day with an exact price by the model — not an estimate, not «it depends».
